【要英語力】チーム・トレーナー//給与:RM8000-12000／勤務地：ペナン　マレーシア、日勤のみ

インターネット決済サービスのプロジェクトのチームトレーナーのお仕事です。

勤務地はマレーシア　人気のリゾート地ペナンです。

チームトレーナーとして、プロジェクト入社者への研修やチームのサポートをしていただきます。チームのワークパフォーマンス向上のため、また解決が困難な問題についても適切なアドバイスを行って頂くとてもやりがいのあるポジションです。

コールセンター、カスタマーサポートでのご経験のある方は今までのご経験を活かしご活躍頂けます。

Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure the training implementation schedule is respected and knowledge is well acquired.
• Deliver training sessions.
• Key contact for both Support and Production functions.
• Review training content and initiate update id it’s required.
• Evaluate participant satisfaction and the level of knowledge acquisition of the participants
• at the end of the training.
• Co-write a training report in collaboration with the training designer and the client.
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their
• career path.
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and
• manuals.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of thought skills and techniques into
• employees work.

Competencies and Specific Skills Requirements:
• Planning and Organizing
• Bachelor Degree and above
• Japanese Native Speaker + Good in English
• Develops new ideas and unique and novel solutions to problem.
• Recognizes and responds to unanticipated events and requirements.
• Actively seeks opportunities to make a contribution rather than passively accepting
• situations.
• Establishes productive, cooperative relationships with subordinates, peers and
