ぺタリンジャヤに本社を置くIT企業にて日本人のシニアサポートエンジニアを急募です。

主要業務 :現行システムのメンテナンス、修正、アップデート、機能の拡張を行っていいただきます。

【業務内容】
1. Work closely with the IT infrastructure team and development teams to ensure the System are functioning correctly.
2. Respond to issues raised within a timely manner to provide logical troubleshooting and resolution of the System support issues.
3. Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions and ensure that documented root cause analysis is performed following any client impacting outage.
4. Monitor and analyze the System performance in order to ensure uptime to agreed level and maintain continuous performance improvements.
5. Work closely with the development team to modify and upgrades the System.
6. Present a professional image to clients and internal staff.
7. Any other related job asiisgned.

【必要なスキル】
1. Java and related Development tools
2. Linux and related tools/ web servers.
3. Other Recomanded skillsets: VB .Net, VB/ development tools and Windows
