今月21日（12月）より入居可能なので、なるべく早く入居可能な方を探しております。
現在EUR１,４４０／月ですが、大家さんはこれよりさらに安くする予定だそうです。

洗濯機とダブルベット、冷蔵庫＋冷凍庫、食洗機、オーブンレンジはすでに完備してあります。
広々としたオープンキッチンは使い勝手が良く、バーキッチンとなっておりかなりお洒落です。
屋根裏部屋つきで収納もバッチリです！
交通の便も良く、セントラルまでは自転車で15分です。Sloterdijk駅まではトラムで15分ほど。

The apartment will be available from the 21st of December. We are up for negotiation but prefer people who can move in immediately.

We currently pay €1440 (excluding bills) but our landlord will likely to lower the price.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Amsterdam West but really close to the city centre!

Surrounded by trees and there are many parks nearby.

3 min (walk) to Jan van Galenstraat
- the main street where you can find Albert Heijn, restaurants and cafes

1min (walk) to Spaghetteria
2 min (walk) to Erasmus park
7 min (by bike) to Jordaan
15 min (by bike) to the central station
13 min (by bike) to Sloterdijk station
2 min (walk) to tram stop: De Rijpstraat (tram 19 to Sloterdijk)


[Layout]
The apartment is on the second floor of the building.
It has a large open kitchen with an island bar from which you can see the entire living room. As the living room has windows all around, it is always bright.

The bed room located next to the living room, has a double bed. We also have a wardrobe, which can also stay upon your request.

Through the hall way, you will find a spacious bathroom.
Big enough that we use it to dry our clothes.
The bathroom has a balcony, where we sometimes have a glass of wine at night!

The apartment also comes with an attic. This can be used just as a storage or for your hobbies (i.e painting, meditation..etc). It has an internet port too!
