スープ、出汁、具材などラーメン移管するすべてを作れることが最低条件です。　（豚骨、しょうゆ、みそなど様々なラーメンについての知識とテクニックがある方）
商品開発やクオリティーコントロールに携わって頂くため、3年程度ラーメンレストランで働いた経験がある方を希望いたします。

Japanese Chef wanted
Japanese Restaurant located in Orakei, Auckland is seeking an experienced Japanese Chef.
We are currently planning a new project and are looking for a chef with knowledge of making Japanese Ramen Noodles. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Ramen Restaurant and knowledge of making several types of broth (including Tonkotsu, Miso and Shoyu).
Your will be responsible for
- Making Noodle recipe, preparing noodles, broth and soup
- Quality control, including choosing suitable ingredients to keep the broth quality
-Staff training
-Developing and improving new menus
Candidates must have a formal culinary training or work experience in making Ramen Noodle. You must be able to make all the ingredients including broth, soup, noodles and condiments such as Cha-shu and menma.
You need to be able to work in a fast paced team environment while producing quality products.
