事務職 フルタイム
• Managing enquires from customers and sales team regarding orders, deliveries.
• Managing inbound sales calls, ordering and product enquiries and email queries
• Ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner and relative
documents are printed as appropriate for dispatching.
• General admin duties
• Support to Sales Team and Key Account administration
The knowledge, skills, and abilities we’re looking for
• +3 years Office Administration & order processing experience
• Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of MYOB
• Good with numbers, accuracy, attention to detail

• Good communicator
• Can work under pressure
• Team player
• Flexibility
• A friendly hands-on person that can get in and help wherever required
Full-time permanent job opportunity, Monday to Friday
