There is a king single bed, desk, chair and a big wardrobe.
The wardrobe is double size and big enough to store your stuff and there is also some storage space in the living room.

The Newmarket train station is just in front of the apartment. It is easy to go anywhere in Auckland.
This apartment is located in central Newmarket.

* $240 pw including everything but if the power + water is over $200, the extra will be split.
* 2 weeks bond and 1 week advanced.
* 3 weeks notice.
