About Us: My partner and I live in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment and we live in the ensuite, which means you'll have a bathroom that only you will use. We enjoy occasional hangouts but also respect each other's space. One of us is full time professional and other is full time studying in our early 30s. We also have a cuddly cat, so a cat lover is a must!
About You:
We're looking for a female flatmate.
Non-smoker
Quiet, clean, and considerate
Friendly, easy going.
Loves cats
No pet (as I don't think we have space for another one!)
Nearby Facilities:
Countdown supermarket and shops (a few min drive).
Catalina Bay, Ferry terminal (a few mins drive)
Bus stop right outside
A few minutes drive to SH18
Availability: 9th June.
Move in cost: 3 weeks bond + 1 week rent.
