Experienced baker wanted

An enthusiastic and motivated baker wanted in established bakery café in St Heliers. This is full-time and permanent position.
We specialised in providing Japanese bread, pastries, cakes and Japanese confectionaries.
You must
• Have 5+ experience as a baker
• Have experience of quality controlling in production
• Have knowledge of baking equipment
• Have knowledge of Japanese style bread, pastries and Japanese confectionaries
• Be organised, systematic
• Be able to self-manage
• Be passionate about baking and willing to learn
• Meet strict deadlines, work unsupervised
• Be able to develop new products
Experience of baking bread with natural yeast and rice yeast would be an advantage!!
