Position Accountability:

- Provide excellent customer service, assists customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety of questions, provide the right advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Ensure the stores opens and close on time
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays & dusting shelves
- Check expiry dates of the products
- Able to prepare store stock levels requests and updates
- Counts and balances cash register and receipts.
- Stamps or attaches price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price
- Sets up promotional displays, makes signs or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
- Assist new sales staff in basic operations and procedures.
- Prepare customers’ products and Send shipping and purchasing requests
- Ensure the store is well presented at all times.
- Unpacking stock deliveries and checking with packing list, plus reporting differences to GDC and Store Manager.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Retail experience, preferably
- Capable of working under pressure
- Capable of completing all other duties
- Excellent customer and interpersonal skills
- Ensure Health and safety policy and procedures are followed at all times

Maintains professionalism:
- Ensure the store is well present
- Keeping abreast with product knowledge
Proactive approach to work and additional responsibilities:
- All duties required to be performed and delivered in the best interest of the organisation in a competent and efficient manner.
- Assist sales team to a accomplish business requirements
