About Me; Japanese student/ age:22 /male/non-smoker(cannot smoke cuz of athma)

I'm searching for accommodation, flatting, sharing house in the below condition

Until the middle of September, 2015(ideal until 14 Sep.)

Budget (rent) : around 170pw including water, power, and unlimited internet.

Location: close to City and New Market, bus stop.
Grafton, New Market, Eden Terrace, Newton, Parnnel

Others; room for non-smoker (cuz I have been asthma)
clean and tidy
