Looking for engineer staff of IT and startup members.

Our job are for example,
Making or repairing Web site, EC site, Web applications, Applications for iPhone or Android, and Network development etc.

We have to repair, conservatism or something various jobs by customers, not only making about our jobs.

I want to know IT skill of many people, want to get to CV and want to meet.
