Responsibilities:
• Full project coordination, implementation and management process (gathering of business needs, translate business needs to technical requirements, vendor management/ negotiation, UAT, implementation and etc.)
• Recommend and provide IT solutions to satisfy users’ needs/ requests
• First IT point-of-contact for colleagues within the division
• Maintain electronic FX trading platform (in-house, Reuters, Markitwire) and provide timely support for users
• ID maintenance for various in-house applications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in above-mentioned trading platforms and MS Office applications
• Familiarity with the project management life cycle
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Japanese Language is required due
to necessary regular liaisons with Head Office in Tokyo, especially on issues relating to IT projects coordination, in-house platforms and applications
• Team-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
