We required Japanese Native level and English Intermediate level above.
• To answer all inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner by maintaining a professional
business attitude at all times
• To ensure that all issues are responded to and closed within a satisfactory period of time and
if necessary follow up with resorts and Customer Resolution in order to resolve issue
• Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations through the system
• Assist in resolving customer care issues and handle customer enquiries.
• Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed
and customer satisfaction achieved.
• Assist owners/members with finance-related issues, including Maintenance fee collection and
account status enquiries
• Takes responsibility for call logs and documentation into the system
• Anticipating the Owner’s/Members’ needs and being flexible in responding to them so that we
may deliver the service and program they value.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospitality or call center related field.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• Cheerful and enjoy interacting with people
• Strong communication and written skill
• Excellent computer skills
• Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in any of following languages in order
to communicate with native speakers.
