OCUS is a French scaleup that restores produces millions of high-quality always-on images across every sector of the global economy.
As we are expanding in Asia, we are looking for native Japanese speaking customer success based in Taipei.
Starting date: asap in December
Duration: 1 month to start with. The mission may be reconducted
Location: Taipei, in our office
Training: we'll provide training for the first 10 days
Working time: full-time job. 5 days a week
- native Japanese speaker + English speaking

Your main missions :
answering to clients and image creators phone calls and mails through our support tool
making sure our SLAs and lead time are respected
ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and our community
solving users issues to make sure all the shootings go well
managing short and mid-term project to increase user satisfaction and team productivity (problem analysis, action plan creation and implementation, results monitoring)
Our wonderful OCUS Success Manager :
is a native Japanese speaker
masters English so well that he/she could win a speech contest
is the most organized person on Earth
can show so much empathy that it could become suspicious
is resourceful, he/she doesn’t mind get his/her hands dirty when needed
loves teamwork but knows how to be autonomous and manage projects
is an investigator. He/She loves to dig into things to solve an issue
loving photography or image creation is a plus!
