Education/Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting, or a related degree, and ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification Requirements:
• Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting is required. This includes understanding raw
materials, work in progress, finished goods, physical production processes, inventory management, and various cost components.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be a significant advantage.
• Ability to understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to manage production costs. Fluency in Japanese is a must!
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Actively participate in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as
assigned.
