大きなアパートメントで、郵便物などはアパートメント内で管理してくれます。
また、裏にプールが付いております。

プライベートルーム以外は彼女とシェアをすることになります。

I am a female professional looking for a female roommate to share this beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment in a nice and quiet building. It is located near Coolidge Corner area on the green line stop off of Beacon Street. 5 minutes walk to Trader Joe's, the Post office, banks, CVS, Fugakyu, Shiki, Osaka and many other restaurants and shops. Short walk to many gyms and Yoga studios.
The apartment is just 15 minutes from Copley Square on the C green line, and a few minutes to Harvard Sq and the Longwood Medical Area via the 66 bus.

The room has wall-to-wall closet with mirror, a full bed, floor lamp, desk, 6-drawer dresser with mirror, nightstand with lamp, A/C, TV (with built-in Netflix, Amazon, Hulu,…), and TV stand. Laundry room is available in the basement. The building has a swimming pool.

The security deposit and the broker’s fee have been paid, the last month rent is not required, so the move-in cost is $0. Your share of the rent will be 1180 per month and includes heat and hot water.

The room is available November 1st, 2018 and the length of stay is flexible.

A little about me: I am a software engineer. I speak English, French, some Spanish, and have been learning Japanese ^_^
