Hello! I'm looking for a a room mate to share my condo with me. I will pay for trash and gas. Electric and internet split. It is in a safe gated complex which has ample parking. The view is of the river and the lake is a walk away where you can swim or hang out by the pool. There are tennis courts and a club house you can rent out. Its all wood floors and I have one cat. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and we share a huge kitchen and living room. There is a common laundry facility but we will also have our own.
