Title: Liaison between US customers and overseas factories　母国語レベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語必須

Hours: M-F 8:30 - 17:00 (Depending on customers' conference calls, start time might change, Possible to adjust for that day but not flextime)

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Communicate back and forth with US customers by email and phone.
Confirm and communicate with overseas factories via email or phone. Follow up with customers.
Create, edit, translate, and submit documents.
Join phone conferences for project related issues.
Sorting parts (good vs. defective)
Business trips maybe required. Locations: USA (MI, OH, MS) and Mexico (Monterrey)

Experience & Knowledge:
Proficient in English and Japanese
Proficient at Computers & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Excel background

Education:
2 year degree

Job Conditions:
Mostly office work
Physical Demands/Strengths: Sitting, standing, bending, lifting boxes--20 lbs max.
Self-motivated. Independent, must be able to work alone.

Other:
Filing of reports, documents, other files. Document/file creation. Translation of documents.
Shipping parts via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
Ability to use own vehicle to go our warehouse to pick up and drop off parts.
Warehouse in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Standard office work: filing, answering phones, etc.
