Hi I'm Yui! I'm an Au Pair in Chicago currently in the process of rematching and would love to connect with a new host family!
I’m on a bit of a tight timeline, so please share and reach out if you know anyone interested in having an Au Pair from now through August 28, 2024!

A little about me:
    ⁃    I'm from Tokyo, Japan
    ⁃    23 years old
    ⁃    I am the eldest of three siblings with two younger brothers

When I was a university student, I worked part time as a swimming coach for over 4 years. During this time, I noticed how some of the children were afraid of the water while others were excited to have fun. I made sure to cater and provide personalized guidance to each individual student, especially ensuring safety first. I tried to make swimming as fun and engaging as possible in my lessons, while staying close and in tune to the children’s emotions.

In addition, I was also a Japanese teacher at a cram school for 1 year! At the cram school, as at the swimming school, there were children of various personalities. I tried to make learning as enjoyable as possible by paying attention to each student to see how well he or she understood the lessons.

I would like to experience life in the US and learn English as well as the culture and customs.
I want to be an Au pair that provides positive influences on the children in my care. I aim to be an Au pair who can sometimes be like a sister or a friend.
In the future, I would like to continue to work in a job where I can directly interact with people and have a positive impact on their lives.
