Managing Staff
• Supervise and manage schedules of drivers and receivers. Cover their shift if and when necessary
• On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions

Managing Orders
• Manage standing orders
• Assist in receiving products, eliminate errors, and improve efficiency
• Manage inventory, track new and old product, and communicate with drivers to deliver correct number and type of product
• Communicate with Order Desk regarding customers’ orders
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products

Managing Customers
• Visit customers; resolve issues and come up with ideas to increase sales
• Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
• Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

Overall Operations
• Reduce costs by simplifying tasks, implementing new technology, increasing efficiency
• Report shipping issues to the shipping department
• Communicate with trucking company regarding ETAs & any other issues
• Perform general maintenance and inspection of machinery & tools used in the warehouse
• Enforce company rules and regulations
• Report to the Director of Sales


Requirements:
Salad Cosmo operates 365 days/yr, therefore you may be required to work on Holidays.
Prior experience in warehouse environment preferred
Prior experience in logistics, cold chain management preferred
