Japanese company seeks an OEM Business Coordinator


Our Client, leading manufacturer of motor batteries is globally respected in the market for its premier quality products and services.

With this said, we are seeking a highly-motivated individual for the position of OEM Business Coordinator.

Prior experience is not mandatory as long as an individual has a good potential for doing a quality job and being a team player who is willing to learn. Due to the nature of the responsibilities, attention to detail and commitment to quality are expected.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and assist fundamental base activities of sales such as
a. Price quotes and adjustments for OEM and aftermarket customers.
b. Investigate and follow-through export related regulations and compliance
c. Follow-up on customer inquiries as needed.
2. Assist various functions and assignments within the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:
1. 4 year college degree, preferred.
2. Customer-focused individual seeking career opportunity and personal growth.
3. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with advanced Excel (Pivot-table) skills.
4. Team player and willingness to learn
5. Bilingual in Japanese is not a requirement but a plus.
6. 3-4 years of work experience.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Location: Laureldale, PA (Other Areas) Salary: $40-48K(DOE)
