私たちはUpper East Sideの若いカップルで、長期の住み込みオペアを探していきます。主人はハーフの日本人で（日本語があまり話せないけど）、私はニューヨークの日本会社で働きます。

JOB ENVIRONMENT:
* Our baby will be born by end of Feb 2018 and we hope to find someone to be part of our family, which means this job is for long term (5 years at least) and live in.
* Our home is a spacious townhouse of 3000sqf on 83rd and 3rd ave. No stairs and 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms with dining & living room and a small front yard.
* You will have your own well-decorated bedroom with closet and a bathroom.
* Supermarkets, coffee shops, central park, Met museum are all within walkable distance.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
* In charge of caring for the child and light level cleaning (mainly to tidy up baby's stuffs)
* During the early months, you will be responsible for night care (until the baby is sleep trained). As the child grows, your job will transition to less baby caring and more general housekeeping
* We have a house keeper who cleans 6 hours/week to assist you. We also have dishwasher, washer, and dryer in the house. We will have grocery delivered to the door.
* You need to help prepare food for baby and yourself. You don't need to cook for us.
* We would like to offer you $40,000 in cash based on 7 days a week and 20 days time off. We will be home during weekend to care for the child so it's understandable that you will have some time off during the weekend even though we will still pay you for the weekends.
* It's OK if you don't know how to drive or speak English.
* You need to have experience with child caring and want to be committed long term.
* We are willing to fly you to US if we really like you but you need to figure out visa situation yourself.
