I’m looking for a tidy, clean, quiet, and considerate room lodger, a renter of a room in an owner-occupied four-bedroom single family house.
This is a contemporary, (extremely) quiet, clean, safe (security cameras with motion, door, and window sensors), and well-maintained and managed (i.e., living up to its written House Etiquettes and Guideline doctrine and comprehensive background checks on all lodgers) home.
Location: less than 1 mi south of SDSU by the 54th street in a cul-de-sac.
Unfurnished Room for Rent near SDSU: $900/mo per room, plus $150/mo for utility fee. The utility fee includes trash disposal, water, sewer, gas, electricity, cable TV, 300mbps internet, purified drinking water, paper towel and toilet paper, and use of laundry and dryer machines. Rent is based a month-to month with 30 day advance notice to vacate. Security deposit is $900. Non-refundable $60 for a background/credit check and application.
You are more than welcome to use the new kitchen and laundry appliances, and kitchen dishes and utensils. Light cooking is preferred.
Parking: There’s plenty of street parking space in the cul-de-sac. You do not need to get a city parking permit, but will need to move your car every 3 days.
“No” to: any persons who exhibit irresponsible or inconsiderate behaviors and acts, including use of illegal substances, slamming doors without care for noise, smoking, and playing loud music and TV, driving recklessly, or have had records of evictions or criminal proceedings.
