- Create and implement strategic sales to achieve business objectives
- Develop relationships with Japanese buyers
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, training and employees as well as appraising job results
- Coordinate with production site to solve quality matters
- Set up KPIs & feedback employees quarterly
- Reporting to Sales Director
