Patrick Sng, CEO of One Cellar, will showcase the charms of Ishikawa through the introduction of 6 sakes from the prefecture, complemented with an assortment of exquisite high tea delights from @mrskueh, perfect for a Sunday afternoon!
Aside from savouring the sake, the sommeliers will be sharing more about the various cities in Ishikawa prefecture where these sake originated from. You can look forward to learning about both the taste and history behind some of Ishikawa’s best sake selection.

Sake sommeliers Mr. Adrian Goh, Director of Inter Rice Asia and Mr. Patrick Sng, CEO of One Cellar, will showcase the charms of Ishikawa through the introduction of 6 sakes from the prefecture, complemented with an assortment of exquisite high tea delights from @mrskueh, perfect for a Sunday afternoon!
