Nikuya Meats Ltd. is seeking a Food Store Supervisor for their Richmond operation.

F/T; $22.00/hr; 40 hours per week

Standard 8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 7am and 6pm as required.

Duties:
- Supervising and coordinating staff activities;
- Hiring and training store staff;
- Authorizing payment methods and product returns;
- Maintaining sufficient inventory and ordering food products for merchandising;
- Preparing daily sales and merchandise reports;
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:
- Secondary school completion required;
- Previous retail experience is required;
- Previous experience in a supervisory position is an asset;
- Japanese language ability is an asset as a large number of the company’s clientele and staff are Japanese-speaking.
