An established manufacturing company in Woodstock, Ontario is looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Clerk for maternity leave coverage.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (Mat Leave Coverage)

Duration of employment: 1-year Maternity Leave Coverage

Location: Woodstock, ON
Starting Date: ASAP
Work hours: Approx. total 25hrs/week
(Example: 8:00 – 16:30 (30 min. lunch break) x 3days/week, or 5 hours/day x 5days/week)
Compensation: $18.00/hour

Main Job duties:
- Accounts payable
- Manage timesheets for employees including vacation/time-off, etc.
- Data entry
- Reception duties (Phone, visitors, etc.)
- Deposit cheques at the bank
- Other duties as required

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (business level)
- At least 1-year related experience or graduated from related courses
- Visual (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System), Midex, Attendance Planner experience an asset
- Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office (Fluent in Word and Excel)
- Japanese language an asset
