岗位要求:
-大专或以上学历
-英语流利或者中文,日语,韩语流利,有客服经验者优先考虑,
-日本人和韩国人优先
-对区块链或金融交易感兴趣
-认真负责,学习能力强,有抗压能力
Responsibilities:
Be proficient in Blockchain/Crypto currency as well as kept up-to-date on general market conditions in order
to engage clients over the chat/phone.
Be familiar with company’s trading platform and provide clients with first class trading experience.
Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiry/complaints of the current/prospective clients.
Understand customers’ feedback and needs in order to provide constructive feedback to managements.
Continuously seek for improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency. Requirements:
Preferable tertiary education with financial/programming background.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service/sales experience within the financial industry is preferred.
Fluent in ENGLISH or Chinese or Japanese or Korean
Japanese or Korean prefer
Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
