総料理長(炉端焼き) Head Chef (Robatayaki)
- Carry out daily operation of Robata Section;
- Comply with law regulations related to health, safety or other compliance requirements;
- Manage food costs and reduce losses without affecting the overall quality of product;
- Set up menus in response to market needs;
- Manage food inventory and orders;
- Not only cooking related matters but also involve entire logistics
Requirements:
- At least 5 years or more of Japanese-style kitchen work experience (experienced in Robata/Yakitori is preferred.)
- Good in Problem solving, self-motivated, well organized, detail minded;
- Good communication and leadership skills, create the highest teamwork moral;
- Basic computer knowledge
Language: Fluent Japanese and good command of English
