エグゼクティブシェフ(寿司) Executive Chef (Sushi)
- Carry out daily operation on sushi & sashimi preparation and cooking under supervision
- Modify menus or create new ones to meet market trend and quality standards
- Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensure that the ingredients are fresh and have sufficient inventory
- Not only cooking related matters but also involve entire logistics
Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ experience working in professional working experience
- Great communication and responsiveness, with experience with managing and training junior team members
- Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated and demonstrate great passion in food and constantly drive for perfection
- Basic computer knowledge
Language: Fluent Japanese and good command of English
