•Strong ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
•Strong ability to demonstrate the flexibility and adaptability to adjust to flexible working hours as required by the work responsibility
•Previous sales/ retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
•Other preferred experience will include holding a similar working capacity either with a luxury hospitality platform, reputable airline, call center or online retail platform
•Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and delivering excellent customer excellence
•Flexible attitude and positive approach to change
•Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
•Willing to work on weekends & flexible hours
