Online Stock Control
• Reply promptly, accurately, and politely to enquiries by email or phone. Taking responsibility for resolving customer complaints as quickly as possible using the escalation process where necessary, aiming to turn a negative into a positive.
• Actively contribute to the Online direction and marketing strategies during scheduled meetings.
• Suggest improvements, new ideas, and changes to the site and the operating systems.
• Communicate with the Packing and Stock teams about any urgent or pressing orders/issues in relation to order processing.
• Filing manifests and invoices in the cabinets appropriately and efficiently to ensure an organised workspace.
• Contacting customers either by e-mail or by phone in order to update them on the status of their order, stock, or specific requests.
• Any other Ad Hoc duties.
Requirements
Ideally have an advanced level of English and be a Native Japanese Speaker.
