Tsukiji Europe Ltd was established in October 2001 in order to introduce Japanese Food Culture and to expand the market for Japanese Foods in UK and Europe.
We are specialized in Japanese Ready to cook Products and Sushi Toppings (Frozen Foods).
We will soon start our Super Frozen Tuna Business in Europe as our sister company is Tuna factory with 1500 workers in Philippines.
Your sales activity will be mainly taking place in London area.
Our customers are mainly wholesalers. They distribute our products to end users such as Japanese restaurants, take away shops and oriental retailers.
Your main job is to introduce our products to end users for the Wholesalers (Our customers).
You will be involved in our future product development. You need to understand customers’ requirements through your daily sales activities.
You will be trying to create and develop our new markets.
Your job also involves sales admin, order management and food safety.
You will need to be flexible to cater for the different types of tasks.
We work as a team, but you will need to work independently.
An ideal candidate will have / be:
Fluent in Japanese and English
Self-motivated with enthusiasm and flexible attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Building strong relationships with customers
Excellent communication skill
Ability to establish good relationship with customers
Outstanding negotiation skill
Clean UK driving licence
You must be eligible to work in the UK and are able to provide relevant supporting documentation.
Sales experience in the food industry and/or Degree in Food Technology would be advantageous.
But we are open to candidates who have enthusiasm in sales and are willing to learn new skills.
