Shoryu Ramen is a small restaurant chain with big ambitions specialising in Japanese cuisine. We are opening a new branch in Covent Garden and we are currently recruiting Front of House and Back of House staff. If you're passionate and ambitious about working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment or building a career in hospitality it is the perfect place to fulfil your potential.
As a Front of House team member you will be the first point of contact with our customers, representing the Shoryu brand and delivering fantastic customer experience.
As a member of the Back of House team you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience through food preparation and delivering high quality dishes.If you are passionate about great quality, thrive in a busy environment, or have a passion for Japanese cuisine and want to learn more, come along to one of our recruitment open days.
