Japanese Speaker Coordinator for Incoming group (based in G2 Rome office) .
He/She will be :
• working within the Customer Care team, providing support to TL/Suppliers/Local offices during clients’ trips and maintaining customer relationships in order to promote future business and to ensure a high standard of service level is provided.
• Checking travel itineraries feasibility and progress of tour
• Conducting Quality control of Suppliers through monitoring of services
• Arranging meet & greet with clients and provide sales support activity
The ideal candidate will have
• An advanced level of Japanese and an intermediate level of Italian & English
• Travel industry market & culture understanding
• Customer oriented attitude and Strong problem-solving skills
