Job Overview
Our client is a public listed multilingual organization seeking energetic and reliable Japanese nationals to join the team as Contact Centre Customer Support.
Your Responsibilities
❖ Responsible for all incoming calls, chats and emails in relation to exam information and scheduling/cancelling request from candidates.
❖ Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customers
❖ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
❖ Update the call/chat and Email log into the system for record.
We need
❖ Degree holder.
❖ 23 years old and above.
❖ Good command of spoken and written business English.
❖ Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese.
❖ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
❖ Contact Centre operating days/hours: Monday-Sunday, 24/7.
❖ Able to work rotational shifts.
❖ Ambitious and willing to adapt and grow in a dynamic, fast paced business environment.
What can you expect
❖ Salary RM7000 (Including housing allowance) for rotational shifts.
❖ Salary RM6500 (Including housing allowance) for day shifts only.
❖ Location : Menara TA One (Across from Twin Tower)
❖ Performance bonus per quarter.
❖ Company paid work visa every year.
❖ Company paid airline ticket.
❖ Medical and hospitalization coverage.
❖ Annual Leave 15 days.
❖ Medical Leave entitlement 14 days.
