Japanese Speaking Customer Relation Executive
Responsibilities:
• Main duties and responsibilities are attending our members to the hospital as a translator for doctor consultation
• Prepare report in Japanese & English.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
• Answering phone calls, email correspondence, ad-hoc duties and update data entry into the computer system.
• The duties need to standby on 24 hours support during non-working hour and Weekend.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
• Good in Japanese, English and Malay.
• Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Location: KL Bangsar
• Nature of business: Risk management, Medical support
• Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,500
• Benefit: Parking, Medical insurance, Medical check-up, Medical and overtime allowance.
