◎ポジション： オペレーションマネージャー コールセンター /日本語スピーカー
＜Key Role and Responsibility ＞
-Oversee and manage the entire service delivery lifecycle from planning to execution. Manage the operational processes to ensure that all service level targets are met and expectations of clients are met.
-Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
-Lead a group of Operations Managers, TQA, WFM and other support positions.
-Analyze operational performance, tracks improvement of KPIs, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets based on the findings and analysis.
<Background>
-5+years’ experience in BPO Operations and Management, with a proven track record of handling large teams and delivering results
-3+ years of experience as an operation manager in a BPO environment.
- Experience in handling at least 100 FTEs.
-C1 English level ＋JLPT
