Job Description:

Provide support to customers, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals using medical
devices via phone, chat, and email.
Support customers in both Japanese and English, depending on the shift.
Investigate the issues faced by users, identify the causes, and promptly escalate issues
to resolve bugs quickly.
Offer suggestions for improving work efficiency.
Share better ideas and actions as a representative of the users with the team.
Build good relationships with team members and users.
Required Skills:
English: Business level (final interviews and training will be conducted in English)
Japanese: Business level (final interview will be conducted in Japanese and English)
Salary:
Base Salary: RM 9,000 - RM 12,000 + KPI RM 800/month
(Note: Base salary will vary based on experience, test results, and interview performance)

Location:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / KL Sentral
Working Hours:
Shift system (5 days a week, 2 days off)
Morning shift: 08:00 - 17:30(10 RM shift allowance)
Day shift 15:00-0:00(20RM shift allowance)
Night shift: 12:00 - 08:30(25RM shift allowance)
(9-hour workday with 1 hour for meals and 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon)
