Job title : Customer service representative(Japanese speaking)

☆Job details

Job responsibilities:
• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and emails
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
• Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request /& to resolve complaint

Job requirements:
• Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and English
• Possess JLPT N1 & N2 is highly preferred
• Has experience in Japan (study/working) is an added advantage
• Min 6-months experience in BPO / call center centre is preferable
• Experienced in dealing with Japanese customers is highly preferred
• Independent & customer friendly

Working location:
G-Tower (Near to Ampang Park LRT Station)

Working days:
5 days per week including weekend & public holiday - 8 hours per day

Working hours:
Shift rotational basis
