Job details:
To provide premium customer support to customers of Health Product company. This support is provided by either phone or email, which includes direct contact with the client, its customers and their support partners.

Work hour:
- Working Monday to Friday
- Rotating Shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm
- 9 hours per shift (work 8 hour + 1 hour break)
NOTE: The shift hour may change in the future due to business needs

Employment package:
- RM6,000.00 ~ RM7,500.00 per month(Around 円162,700 ~ 203,400 per month)
- Company will provide training
- Health & Medical insurance
- Annual leave & Medical leave

Relocation Package:
- Malaysia work visa sponsorship
- Flight ticket to Malaysia for overseas applicant
- RM500 allowance when you first arrive in Malaysia
- First 2 weeks temporary dormitory stay
- Company will assist you in finding an apartment to rent
- Company will help you to pay your first month apartment rental and rental deposit on your behalf, and deduct from your first 3 months salary

Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker
- Basic English
