Strong accounting knowledge in particular to vendor invoice and payment processing
Ensure invoices are correctly coded on a timely basis with adherence to SOP, business controls and country local legal requirement
Able to work closely within and cross team in Accounts Payable and counterparts to resolve issues on a timely manner
Prepare payment journal and posting
Monthly Vendor Aging and Reconciliation
Work with GL team for monthly closing schedule and ensure Accounts Payable is closed on a timely basis
Knowledge and experience of AX Dynamics 2012/SAP/Oracle

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business with Japanese Reading & Writing Skill
Good skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferably with working experience in Accounts Payable Shared Services
