We are looking for a full-time, permanent Supplier Advocate​ to join our fast-paced Supplier Engagement in our Customer Success department.

Based in Penang, Malaysia and reporting to the Manager, Supplier Engagement, the Supplier Advocate​ will have a wide range of duties all of which are in the spirit of ensuring supplier success as part of Assent’s Customer Success department. The Supplier Advocate​ will support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from the supply chain - an important task that will impact Assent Compliance’s most valuable assets - our clients and our data.

What You Should Bring:
Excellent English skills (can read, write, and converse confidently), Mandarin & Japanese skills are an asset as well;
University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Studies, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related area of study;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills - ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders
Superior interpersonal skills- you are able to establish effective cross-functional relationships in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders;
True passion for solving technology-related puzzles
An equivalent combination of education and experience, which results in demonstrated ability to apply skills, will also be considered.
