Working Location: The Gardens South Tower, KL

As we are a software/system house and working on various projects from Japan and our clients are in a wide range of the industry, you need to understand the nature of our clients’ business needs and some technical terms to work on the translation and interpretation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Understand and translate (from Japanese to English) basic requirements provided by the Japan office, and explain to members in Malaysia office
• Able to support large scale projects in addition to daily translation tasks, ability to adapt to fast-pace environment
• Create documents in Japanese and English
• Conduct quality check together with senior engineers and project managers
• Attend daily meeting, if necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (JLPT 2 is preferred)
• Preferably a person who have worked or have experience as an Interpreter / Translator / Professional Translation or freelance translation in IT industry.
• Strong understanding of software/system development concepts is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
