Responsibilities:
・Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
・Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
・Perform quality assurance and quality control of deliverables.
・Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
・Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
・Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner.
・Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed
to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
・Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
・Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
・Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
・Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing design projects from beginning to end.
They develop design strategies, delegate tasks, and mentor team members.
・System design, create project drawings & revit presentation renderings.
・Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
・At least 2 years’ experience in project management. Preferably agile project management.
・Possesses fluent understanding and application of end-to-end project management methodology, deliverables in SDLC processes
・Have experience in dealing with clients.
・Working experience in a Japanese company and Japanese language skill are good advantages.
