< Responsibilities >

- Effectively present, promote and sell flights, cruises, fly cruise packages, tours, car hire, rail and accommodation and all related products and services, using inbound and outbound consumer contacts.
- Consult on all aspects of the proposed travel arrangements, provide professional options, and prepare quotes for customer’s consideration including geography, climate, visas, local customs, currency, festivals and points of interest.
- Construct reservations using computerized tour, hotel and rail booking and airline reservation systems.
- Responding to customers’ requests, manage complaints, and provide general information to customers via phone, email or chat.
- Follow-up with customers and assist them with their concerns.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities
- Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site

< Requirements >

- Native language skills (excellence verbal and written communication skills).
- Ability to speak and write English fluently (B1Level).
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals from various backgrounds
- Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver exemplary customer experience
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
