Job Description:

・ Provide support to the preparation, review and analysis of financial and management reporting to

ensure accurate and timely reporting of results to meet management, shareholder and local and

US accounting requirements .

・ Maintain assigned systems, processes, or process components in good working order and identify

and recommend system improvements to ensure timely, relevant and accurate Financial

Accounting information.

・ Provide support collating, reviewing and preparing financial and management data to comply with

corporate and statutory requirements.

・ Attend to the Record to Report (R2R) group email box.

・ Resolve Record to Report (R2R) related issues.

・ Perform balance sheet review and accounting reconciliation.

・ Perform month and process.

・ Process Accounts Payable vouchers (vendor invoices) within given time frame.

・ Prepare payment listing.

・ Perform balance sheet review and accounting reconciliation.

スキル・資格
・ Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field preferred.

・ Minimum 1-6 years of related working experience in Finance or accounting function.

・ Excellent language skills in English and Japanese.

・ Able to adapt to a fast pace challenging environment.

・ Problem solving skills with good follow up.

・ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

・ Confident in handling new tasks.
