We are currently looking for people who speak both Japanese and English and are willing to help us with online interviews with Japanese physicians for a research project.

About the project:
CONT-END WP1 is an international study funded by the ERC. We investigate the acceptability of four interventions that may increase control at the end of life in 6 countries (the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Japan, and Israel). The interventions include two approaches of advance care planning, the use of technology at the end of life, and euthanasia. Perspectives from people with dementia, their family caregivers, and physicians will be examined using a questionnaire and interview.

About the job:
In the coming months, we will conduct online interviews with Japanese physicians. Each interview will be around an hour and the questions to be asked are already translated into Japanese. You can help us to interpret the interviews or to conduct the interviews yourself. We will brief you comprehensively beforehand. The interviews are still to be planned with the participants. The first ones are expected in late-April/begin-May.
