<Job Description>
Regional innovation activities
1. Plan workshops and bootcamps in Japan, including coordinating with internal and external resources. Our team will be the source of content and primary decision makers on structure for each workshop and bootcamp.
2. Support negotiations for regional partners that will work with us on workshops, bootcamps, and launching new products and/or services within Japan.

Support Japan-related projects
1. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed by planning and managing execution across multiple teams.
2. Perform in-depth market research with a specific focus on Japanese consumers and businesses in the health/wellness, ageing, finance/insurance and emerging tech spaces.

Track KPIs
1. Work with team members and management team to ensure that major KPIs on external presence are met.


<Skills needed>
- 2-5 years of experience across large and small projects and across several business areas with a deep understanding of working within Japanese business culture.
- Strong communication skills with users, executives, and team
- Global team management across time zones and cultures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Culturally sensitive to working with Japan
- Fluent in English
- Native Fluency in Japanese
