【募集職種】レベル2サポートエンジニア

【仕事内容】
You will be required to maintain, protect and grow company's existing ITO services and reduce price churnby working closely with in-country Sales and Managed Services teams and to consistently be a front runner in the ITO renewal & upselling opportunities in the Asian region quarterly.

【応募資格】
•Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•Technical certifications from Microsoft, VMWare, Redhat, or EMC/NetApp
•At least 8 years of experience in setup, support and troubleshooting in server management
•At least 3 year(s) of experience in storage, SAN and NAS related technologies like EMC, NetAppsetc
•At least 1 years of experience in MS Active Directory & MS Clustering
•Experienced in other OS related topics e.g. DHCP, DNS, Proxy,etc
•Experienced in various backup software e.g.VeritasNetBackup
•Experienced in various antivirus software i.e. Symantec, Trend Micro etc
•Proven track records in implementation and support for Critix server, VMware (ability to implement, deploy and manage VMware is a +point)
•Knowledgeable in middleware such as Web logic or Web sphere application server
•Experienced in a data center and or vendor environment with frontend interaction with customers
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good phone skills
•Capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally and writing basic documentation
•Flexible, open mind, self-motivated and reliable person
•Being able to work independently and facing stress
•Willing to propose ways to improve efficiency
•Good written and verbal English and Japanese languages

【勤務時間】
08:00-17:00（週休二日制）
